A stylishly converted 19th century village school in the heart
of the lower Wye Valley offering fully furnished accommodation
with 3 double bedrooms that sleeps 6 people and welcomes well behaved
dogs. Available for holiday or business rental all the year round.
For a larger group, you can rent the adjacent Capel Pentwyn that
used to be the school chapel.
Ros personally greets all guests on arrival and explains where
everything is and how it works and provides advice on local amenities.
There are fresh flowers and a welcoming pot of tea and biscuits
to help you get settled in and we can provide a luxury breakfast
hamper if you have a late arrival.

holiday/business self catering property. The original school room
with a high gabled ceiling and stone and polished timber floors
forms a magnificent single open living space with lounge, dining
area and fully equipped kitchen. Although centrally heated there
is also a Victorian wood burning stove set in the original slate
hearth with a limitless supply of logs.
Bedrooms are situate on the ground and first floors. The sleeping
accommodation being more than generous with three double bedrooms
each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the
ground floor opening out onto a large paved patio overlooking the
Wye Valley. To the rear of the premises there is ample car parking,
double garage and gardens.
All Rooms have telephone points. Fax, Computer and photocopy services
can all be provided on request with ample facilities to host
your business conference.
There is ample parking for 4 cars including a large double garage.
What you need to bring - Basically nothing but food and drink.
All bed linen and towels are provided together with 1 colour television,
2 portable colour televisions and a video. The fully fitted kitchen
is equipped with a ceramic hob, a fan assisted oven, a microwave,
a freezer/fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
